Luis was thorough in explaining the differences between the trim lines and we had a few laughs in between. We decided to make a purchase on the Palisade and there were so many tech and safety features that was somewhat overwhelming. Fear not....Luis spent a good amount of time with my wife and I to walk us through the various tech and safety features of the vehicle. We really appreciated Luis setting us up in BluLink and Android Auto once our vehicle was parked in the lot. A week after we took possession of our vehicle I had a few questions for Luis and he was very responsive and answered my questions. Lucas, the finance manager was very knowledgeable. We peppered him with a lot of questions and he did a great job of explaining the line items that was easy to understand. He was very patient with us and all the questions we threw his way. Overall it was great service and a great experience!! Thank you! More

Three times the charm I test drove the 2019 Tucson in March. Loved it! Due to many coincidences the lease rates were awesome! Unfortunately my lease on Forester wasn’t due I test drove the 2019 Tucson in March. Loved it! Due to many coincidences the lease rates were awesome! I received an immediate and thorough response, along with a non-pressured invite to come drive one. So, I did. The sales and finance team were informative, patient, friendly and welcoming. I had an amazing test drive and a great sales presentation. Luis was funny, engaging, asked the right questions and made it a very relaxed and easy process. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to purchase and get into the finance office. I waited over two hours to get into the finance office (there was a line/backup of buyers waiting). Once in the finance office Alex was phenomenal. Strong knowledge and not pushy. A good listener. 4 hours in total at the dealership to purchase the vehicle and while everyone was considerate and apologetic, it simply was what it was. I ended up with a great car, great sales rep in Luis and an amazing vehicle. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and working with Luis and Alex. More
