I was ignored and endured a lengthy pressure sale to swap in for new car. Then my credit was pulled without my permission. I had surgery 2 days prior and simply wanted to give my check and get home! They kept me for 2 hrs, and due to their pulling my credit my score dropped 3 pts as I’m in the middle of refinancing my home mortgage! I’m furious with this dealership. More
