I recommend that the sales team slow down the closing process and focus on complete transparency. Every mandatory or "hidden" fee must be fully explained upfront. This dealership is the worst place to ever go to they sold me a used car that had bad struts and sway bar and was a safety issues shouldn’t even be allowed to sell the car like this but they did to me an sold me a used car that had bad struts and sway bar and was a safety issues shouldn’t even be allowed to sell the car like this but they did to me and then would continue to be rude to me and make it very hard to get it fixed since I worked a lot they don’t offer you anything even tho it’s their fault they sold me a car like this please don’t buy any car from this dealership unless you want to get f** over ! They ended up fixing it because they had to but I wanted a full multi inspection and my car was not even in the system that it was there that day and they said that they couldn’t give me the inspection so I don’t think that they ever even did it trust me they will take your money and treat you like trash after More

I came in to fix my passenger door because the lock was under warranty. They said it would take an hour to do the diagnosis, so I wait.. It took them 3 hours.. They order the part, they say it will take 3 under warranty. They said it would take an hour to do the diagnosis, so I wait.. It took them 3 hours.. They order the part, they say it will take 3 hours to install the new part. So then I come in the next day to drop it so they can install it. It takes them two hours and it’s still not working. My passenger door still does not work on the outside. So then I come in the next day so they can see it’s still not working. They want me to come back the next day so they can look over it. I was at Toyota for three days, and then they wanted me to come in for a fourth so they can fix it. I’m not happy with North Hollywood Toyota service. This is sloppy work, and I still have to come back, and it’s still not resolved. WTH?. Terrible service. More
