Brought in for inspection and fix fan. Felt like held hostage to incredible expensive prices. $65 for plate light bulb, $85 for wipers and $1300 for thermostat and flush. Got charged $178 for diagnostic and went somewhere else and fixed for $5 bulb .$30 wipers and $530 thermostat and flush. Won’t be back More

We cannot speak for other shops, however our pricing is different due to the fact that we use 100% Genuine GM parts, installed by factory trained and certified technicians. MDOWGER responded

Happy to hear an explanation as to why a $5 light bulb and $30 wiper blades jump up to $65 and $85 when labeled GM parts not to mention the $1300 versus $530 for the thermostat and flush. Worst part was being held hostage by that $178 diagnostic fee forcing me to make a choice to pay your outlandish prices or go somewhere else at a cost of $178. Also when I took it somewhere else their diagnostic showed different results than what you explained to me (included a bad temperature sensor). They did not show a bad sensor, fixed the Thermostat/flush and it’s fine. Leads me to question the quality of your diagnostics or even that you did it at all.
