The first time we worked with Lu Fragozo and this time we worked with Lu and also Eli Griffith and both were extremely professional while making us feel comfortable without any high sales pitches or pressure to buy. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. In the past we have worked with Shawn Aranda in the Service Department and he showed repeatedly that he was there to assist with anything we needed and helped us to save money on servicing our vehicle. Royal KIA knows Customer Service!! We got ourselves into a mess with another dealership. I could go into detail but I would end up writing a book. We tried working with that dealership to get it corrected but it seemed that they were not committed to helping us. All we wanted to do was put this bad deal behind us and return one of the vehicles for one that was more reliable and would suit our needs. We gave them specific criteria that we were looking for and instead it seemed they were determined to force us into something that THEY thought was right for us.This went on for about a month until a friend recommended Royal KIA to us. I agreed with Maria our salesperson, Royal KIA should have been where we went to first. Maria, Beto and Lu understood and listened to what we were looking for. There was a time when I was about to give up because we were having difficulty finding the right car at a payment that we could afford, but Maria and Lu were committed and continued to work hard to find something that would work for us. We went to Royal KIA expecting to get into a reliable used car, instead they were able to get us into a brand new 2015 Sorento (THAT WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!) at a payment that was affordable and at a lower interest rate than we had on our other vehicles that we purchased at the other dealership! The end result of my "Royal" experience was great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago a great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago and spoke very highly of them. And now, I too, can do the same. It was comforting to know my vehicle came with a limited warranty based on the vehicles miles. It doesn't get much better than that. Lu was fantastic. We brought our two young sons with us to see how seating would work with the car seats, and they didn't phase him (even when the eight month old was crying his lungs out during a test dri to see how seating would work with the car seats, and they didn't phase him (even when the eight month old was crying his lungs out during a test drive). The pre-owned we purchased was listed below KBB, so haggling was not necessary. We also got what we wanted for our trade in without having to negotiate (my husband was almost disapointed with how easy the process was...go in expecting to fight). Seriously though, we would definetly recommend and return to Royal Kia. More
