Potential Buyer Beware. You will spend too much time not accomplishing anything. I was ready to purchase now and if you visit alhendrickson.com you will see very attractive offers for your trade on their we accomplishing anything. I was ready to purchase now and if you visit alhendrickson.com you will see very attractive offers for your trade on their website but the salesperson has no knowledge of it. I asked upfront what was it all about but they make you wait and wait and wait. Used cars trade in values are high but this dealership offered WAY BELOW KBB value. My vehicle is low mileage and in pristine condition so I don't know where or how they got that low ball figure.I showed them much higher offers as proof as well. I also asked about their up to double for your trade promotion and after 2 hours the sales manager stated that's ONLY for a Land Cruiser. Really, he could have just stated that upfront instead of waiting valuable time and getting absolutely nothing done. I did ask him face to face before I even started the sales process.The sales manager I dealt with today December 22nd 2021 was Luis Mendoza. Very disappointed with this dealership and its lack of transparency. Respectfully, this was my experience but one bright spot was Madesyn Tracy. She's only been working there a month but she was very helpful in getting me 2 different vehicles to test drive. If it wasn't for her, this dealership would have gotten 1 star for bait and switch tactics and frankly deceptive promotions. Again, I was told their current promotion is ONLY if you are buying a Land Cruiser so if that's what you are looking for please visit this dealership. If it is a different vehicle save your time and purchase elsewhere. More
