My truck was towed there because of a fuel injection malfunction. I really had no idea what it was. Luis promptly called me, advised me of the time it would take (1 day) and followed up when it was comp malfunction. I really had no idea what it was. Luis was very friendly and very professional! My only comment would be regarding the appointment time vs. when my car actually was taken in. I had an 8am appointment, and my car wasn't taken in My only comment would be regarding the appointment time vs. when my car actually was taken in. I had an 8am appointment, and my car wasn't taken in until about 8:40am. Not a huge deal, but at that early in the morning, didn't expect to be running a half hour behind. More

Luis went above and beyond the call of duty - and so did the service department! My Yukon had a dead battery and was towed to Starling arriving at 1:45 on a Saturday and the service department was closing the service department! My Yukon had a dead battery and was towed to Starling arriving at 1:45 on a Saturday and the service department was closing at 2:00 PM. Luis pleaded my case to the service folks and everyone stayed late to get my new battery installed! Now that's not good but GREAT SERVICE! More

I had a crazy noise that started at 35mph and got louder as you went faster. Luis was able to to get Jeff a Technician/ Mechanic to go on a ride. Jeff was able to figure out the sound by checking under hood as you went faster. Luis was able to to get Jeff a Technician/ Mechanic to go on a ride. Jeff was able to figure out the sound by checking under hood and listening in the cab. We believe possibly have found the problem. A loose plastic part next to a metal part. will monitor to see if the noise returns. Thank you, Luis and Jeff More

Just to be clear things were concerning in the beginning mostly due to the parts delivery getting tied up in the massive Snow storm that effected most of the county as did here with our Business. The extended warranty folks seem to be unclear in the end on what was covered however Louis stay on top of them and finally got clarification and no problem paying for so of the work once gave Louis clarification on the reasons. Thank you Luis for staying on top of them and forcing their hand. End up cost me $174 more than we anticipated. This was offset but Luis Monica and Starling Buick GMC by giving me 2 free oil changes that will far exceed the the extra cost I had to pay for the insurance companies error. I can honestly say say that Luis went far and above to make things right with me. Please look him up if you need service at Starling GMC Buick this man will take care of you. Thank you Luis for the continued communications thru out the process. I’m sure I’ll see you again. Respectfully Winfred Lewis Warren. More
