My husband and I discussed our situation with Luis and he made his recommendations. He was very supportive, made us feel at home and gained our trust almost immediately. He is friendly, knowledgeable and oh so helpful! I had a 2003 Honda Accord DX for the past 15 years. I had no idea how much cars have changed in the years since then. I couldn't even adjust the power seat. Luis had to help me with this and never got upset. He told me to call him with any questions I might have and I am sure I will have them!
