Hakeem helped thru the process- did an amazing job, truly “no pressure “ environment and salesman! Great job! The service department (Kurt is who I worked with) was a joy and very easy to work with- found a cracked weather seal: he got me in the next day even with the major supply chain issues at the moment: “I will find you a window, just stop by…” and sure did! The experience was way above any I’ve ever experienced at any dealerships before, they got a customer for a long time in me. When I decide to change my car for something else- Hakeem is my man… very professional, a cool, down to earth gentleman, went above and beyond to make sure myself and my wife with 3 young kids enjoyed the process… I really can’t think of anything anyone could’ve done to make it a better experience… Thanks Hakeem! We drove from Florence, SC to the dealership to look at a 2019 Lexus. I found the vehicle on Cargurus. I emailed the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and received a response from a salesman first thing Mon 2019 Lexus. I found the vehicle on Cargurus. I emailed the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and received a response from a salesman first thing Monday, named Kostas. He was very knowledgeable and professional. No sales tactics at all. Just very honest. Kostas sent me all the info and everything checked out on the Carfax. We drove up Tuesday to pick the vehicle up. It was immaculate! We signed all the paperwork and were leaving with our Lexus in under an hour! Never have we bought a vehicle and been out of the dealership that fast. Everyone was on their game at this dealership! We highly recommend them! More
