Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

AWESOME !!! From the moment I walked through the door.....I felt like family.....and that says A LOT !! My Salesperson, Fabian Rebollar, was professional in every aspect, competent with the many varieties and styles of vehicles....and listened to my needs and wants! Mr Rebollar kept me up to date with any work being accomplished regarding my 2014, Spark purchase! 5 Stars seems so little to offer...I had an excellent experience, and would recommend this dealership to friends (family is WAY out of State, lol) !! More

great service dept I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu and my check engine light came on. I brought it in on a recommendation from Sean Runions. They did great work, I got my check engine light off and it only cost me a couple of dollars. Not to mention I was in amd out of there. Never thought to bring to dealership for service. More
