Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Warranty Service Repairs I made an appointment to have our Tahoe looked at for a very minor problem. We dropped off our Tahoe because the heater knobs were binding when you wo I made an appointment to have our Tahoe looked at for a very minor problem. We dropped off our Tahoe because the heater knobs were binding when you would turn them. Luis Rivera was our service advisor and he did a great job of getting our Tahoe repairs done. He listened to us as we described our problem and assured us it would be no problem to get repaired. He offered us a loaner car which worked out perfectly for us. Thank goodness he told us about the loaner car shutting off at stop lights, otherwise we would have thought something was wrong with the car. He called to let us know our repairs were completed and the Tahoe was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up our Tahoe, I was in and out in minutes, which is something I greatly appreciated. Everything is working as it should and my wife couldn't be happier...Thank you Luis for your help in getting our Tahoe repaired. More

Great Customer Service! I have been servicing my vehicle with Louie Rivera at Ray Chevrolet for a few years and he has always been extremely helpful and honest. When it was time for a new car, I knew I wanted to go to Ray for their amazing customer service. Austin Pequeno and Ryan Borke were great to work with. I found a Sonic RS on their website that I fell in love with and they worked with me to make sure I could drive away in the car of my dreams, same day! When we first sat down to talk about what I was interested in, Austin was extremely helpful and had the vehicle pulled up right away so I could check it out. Austin did a great job at explaining everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I will never shop or service at another dealer ever again! THANK YOU RAY CHEVROLET! More
