Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

A simple phone call I called in to ask a couple of questions about my warranty on my vehicle. I own a 2012 Chevy cruze. Mr Louis answered my call. He sounded very enthusi I called in to ask a couple of questions about my warranty on my vehicle. I own a 2012 Chevy cruze. Mr Louis answered my call. He sounded very enthusiastic on the phone and proceeded to answer a simple question about my powertrain warranty. He sounded very knowledgeable and answered my question about a coolant leak. I will be making an appointment and ask for him to help. Good job Ray Chevrolet for having very helpful people. More
