Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Always Helpful Had my 2012 Impala in for regular oil change and tire rotation, brake check.. I mentioned to Luis that my brakes were making noise when I was backing Had my 2012 Impala in for regular oil change and tire rotation, brake check.. I mentioned to Luis that my brakes were making noise when I was backing out f my driveway. Upon inspection, it was determined that new brakes were in order, (I figured as much) Rather than sit around another couple of hours, Luis offered a loaner or having someone take me back home and then pick me up when the service was completed. That is true service and another reason why this is my fourth car purchased at Ray's. More

When i walked in is was greeted immediately by arnold he asked me what kind of vehivle i was looking for u told him i wanted an suv,he pointed me into When i walked in is was greeted immediately by arnold he asked me what kind of vehivle i was looking for u told him i wanted an suv,he pointed me into the direction of a couple of suvs, bieng a big guy i dint fut into the smaller ones, he sudgested i get a travese a little smaller than a tahoe, but just as roomie I sat in it we drove around, and the suv reminded me of my old blazer i told him that this suv felt right for me, i wanted to talk numbers and see what my payment was going to be he said they would see what it would be we talked numbers for a while and we agreed on my payment after that i was able to drive home with my suv. More

great service dept I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu and my check engine light came on. I brought it in on a recommendation from Sean Runions.
