Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Great service every time I go I always go to Ray Chevrolet when my car needs servicing, because I know they will do a great job. Whenever I go in, I always go to Luis Rivera, who is one of my favorite people that work in service. He is so friendly, accomadating, and extremely easy to talk to. He really makes sure to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. He makes it known that your car is in good hands. At the end of each visit, he outlines what exactly was done, needs to be done, and is always open to questions. This guy really knows what he's doing and deserves recognition! Overall, extremely great and friendly service which is why I continue to take my car to Ray Chevrolet. More

I never feel rushed! Kyle is always amazing! Every time I go in there he always greets us with a warming smile! The service manager with the high squeaky voice could use s Kyle is always amazing! Used truck Found a used F150 online at Ray Chevrolet decided to try them out and go see the truck. This truck looked brand new inside. Being that it was 7 year Found a used F150 online at Ray Chevrolet decided to try them out and go see the truck. This truck looked brand new inside. Being that it was 7 years I expected it to be a little worn inside. Outside looked great as well. After driving off the lot I noticed a little issue. I let them know what I found and they fixed it the next day no charge. Aside from that, the buying experience was good. I let them know I didn't want any of the back and forth that goes along with buying a vehicle. So they were happy to obliged. We came to agree on price real quick. So thank you guys for the truck. More
