I took my BMW for service yesterday and was very pleased with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off yo with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off your car and brings you the loaner car. Rich discussed the scope of service I needed and Amy kept me updated on the work being done. Ben greeted me when I returned to pick up the car. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and there to help with anything you need. I highly recommend BMW of Fort Washington. More

Ben always has a positive attitude and provides stellar customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! I’m learning new features and capabilities that BMW has built into the design and I’m learning how to use the parking tools and all the performance that the sport plus trans enables! The dealership is great overall and I was also greeted my me salesman Troy who was also concerned about the towing hitch that was missing. More

This is a really great dealership it's actually comfortable clean neat sanitized and wonderful Representatives I appreciate each time when I go there that everyone is very helpful and pleasant. And if someone is at the door when I'm entering they always are very courteous and they allow me to go in first which is so nice they hold the door for me. And they have a cute little coffee stand that always has wonderful varieties of coffee to choose from and great refreshments. More
