A con is working there deguised as a finance person.. The sales guy was mostly good, just a typical car salesman. The finance guy is a different story. We wanted a temporary tag due to our situation of a stolen car. He would not listen to us. He just continued to process a new tag. Now I wiil make my 3rd trp to the DMV to get it straightened out. We will get a refund but it's been a hassle so far. The finance guy the proceeds to tell us since the car has been on the lot for 1 plus years, that mich time of warranty has been used up. Then proceeds to try and sell us an extended warranty. At that time we were calling the deal off. Then he pretnds to call his boss. Then comes back in and says "my bad, you will get the full warranty. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers hav fallen for this fraudulent act. We will not recommend this dsalership to any one. They also did not clean the car very well (just hosed it off). We waited a couple of hours to finalize the deal. They had plenty of time to clean it up. More

GREAT SERVICE !! I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Luis & Matt took t I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Luis & Matt took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting to the on star , WiFi and my Chevy app with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Carl Black Orlando . It was worth the hour drive to get there. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I have not had a new car in 12 years. Had things happen and had low credit score. They worked with me and I was able to get the payments and down pay I have not had a new car in 12 years. Had things happen and had low credit score.
