The new guy that assisted me was very aggressive with asking if all I wanted was an oil change. I believe within our conversation, he had asked me 4 or 5 times if I wanted any other service. I had confir asking if all I wanted was an oil change. I believe within our conversation, he had asked me 4 or 5 times if I wanted any other service. I had confirmed with him that all I am wanting to have completed today was the oil change. Also they did not honor the coupon that was sent to me from diamond chev. I had to pay for an uber rou d trip to get my car since I was told that there was no longer a shuttle service. Wherein that was an option online to request a shuttle nearby, Additionally, I dropped my car off around 745am that day. I didnt get a call at all for when it was completed. And when I tried to call, they didnt answer and so I decided to get my car, dropped off again via uber anyway which took another 20 minutes for me to get my car at 5pm. It was the worst experience. And Ive never paid so much for an oil change. Had I not known they weren't going to honor the coupon, I wouldn't have gone there to get an oil change. I dont recommend. More
