I purchased a used truck a couple of weeks ago, and they sold the truck to me dirty. I drop the truck off to have it cleaned/detailed and a couple things fixed on it. Diamond Chevrolet Has Lost Its Shine Diamond Chevrolet is no longer the premier dealership I once believed it to be. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I have made the decision that Chevrolet is no longer the premier dealership I once believed it to be. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I have made the decision that I will no longer purchase or service my vehicles there. In my opinion, the dealership has lost the level of quality, professionalism, and customer care that once made it stand out. Under the current management and ownership, I simply do not have confidence that Diamond Chevrolet will regain the luster it once had. It is disappointing to see a dealership I previously trusted decline to this point. For anyone considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here, I strongly recommend doing your research and exploring other options before making a decision.
