The last service advisor was good. But Luis was even more professional, made feel like he really cared that I understood what was needed for my truck. He also made sure that everything I was supposed to get with the service package I purchased when buying my truck was serviced/completed. I’ve had 3 different service advisors since Nov. 2023 and I’m being very honest and hopeful that I get him Luis every time I need to bring my truck in be it oil change or repair. Luis porvided me with the best of the experiencies when it comes to take a vehicle to service, well he was not only kind and nice: he recieved the car right on schedule, recommended me a better option for it comes to take a vehicle to service, well he was not only kind and nice: he recieved the car right on schedule, recommended me a better option for service, delivered the car right on time, as he let me know and finally, gave me a concrete advise about what to do with other issues reggarding my car.
