After having bestbuy evaluate issue they to see if there was loose wire or something overlooked they told me that it was blown...HOW paid almost $500 for speaker had it less than a year never an issue until the Volkswagen repair. I called Louise told him I wanted to speak to manager and he requested I allow him to talk to him first and that he would call back with response... still not a word many weeks later. More
