This dealership’s service is negligent and deceptive. While the car was under warranty they didn’t perform the necessary tests that was recommended by their own service rep! Once the warranty lapsed, they did all the necessary tests and slapped an over $6k+tax cost to me. Even when presented with an opportunity to make things right, they were once again deceptive. I would not trust this dealership! More

Spent a ridiculous amount of money to fix my car so I could get home- a 6 hour drive. I broke down AGAIN 30 minutes from my destination with the same problem your center supposedly “fixed”. I would like to know how I took my Volkswagen to a Volkswagen dealer and got completely and totally screwed over and ripped off. Enjoy the 4 grand I spent there cause I’ll never come back. More
