Overcharged & Delayed Refunds – They overcharged me $100 for a loaner. After weeks of chasing them down, they processed a refund—but never sent it. I had to go in person, only to find out they were holding my money over a petty $5 dispute. Bait-and-Switch Pricing – They quoted $250 for a spare key, then later claimed it was $500. Zero Accountability – Instead of fixing their mistakes, they stonewalled, delayed, and nickel-and-dimed me. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. If you're considering buying here, Don't. There are better VW dealerships that actually stand behind their word. More
