I went in there to see if the warranty would cover my gas door that had been dangling, and Luis got it fixed in a timely manner and they also took care of a recall I wasn’t aware of while they fixed the gas door that had been dangling, and Luis got it fixed in a timely manner and they also took care of a recall I wasn’t aware of while they fixed the gas door. The service department was very efficient I was greeted by service representative told him about the problem I was having with my car about 15 minutes later he told me the shifter was bad the part was on h by service representative told him about the problem I was having with my car about 15 minutes later he told me the shifter was bad the part was on hand and it would take 1 1/2 hours to fix and it was done almost exactly that time Excellent experience More

This is the second time I have brought my truck in for ruff idle and shifting issues. Was told again it is normal for the truck to do. It never did it before (10000 miles) but it dose it now. I told the him exactly how far, how long and when it dose it the most and yet they only put 3 miles on the truck from drop off to pick up. So how are you supposed to duplicate it if you never drive it. I have showed them the tsb's for it and yet still nuthing they still say it normal. It is not More
