Brought my car in for a recall.They told me I had to leave it for several days. They offered a free loaner,but I needed a credit card. I only carry a debit card. This place goes above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. I was traveling across country on a timeliness and had problems with my car. I first took it to another local dealer who not only diag satisfaction. I was traveling across country on a timeliness and had problems with my car. I first took it to another local dealer who not only diagnosed the problem wrong but said it would take a week to fix. Luckily, for me I found Jim Ellis Chevrolet and Luis who not only greeted me but found out the problem and reassured me that it would get taken care. From the women in the customer lounge, to Catherine the Service Adviser, and John the mechanic who did the work I say thank you so much for helping one tired, senior citizen get back on the road. Finally, to Luis, who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and actually made me feel like I was at home it was so appreciated. I don’t live in Atlanta but it made me want to be closer to Jim Ellis Chevrolet as I know just with the employees that I dealt with in a short period of time this dealership would not only take of my car but me as well.
