Excellent Service I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder from Jordan a few years ago and I could not be happier with the vehicle and more so the service. Luke in service is I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder from Jordan a few years ago and I could not be happier with the vehicle and more so the service. Luke in service is always extremely helpful and answers all of my questions. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change or any sort of service, they wash it and make sure it is returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in. Luke makes sure to go over everything they are going to do and OK it with me before. He also makes sure to review everything with me afterwards. The staff is incredibly friendly and in my recent visit, Jordan Michaud and Cara Andersen did a great job of making me feel comfortable and offering me water, coffee, etc. The service here is always outstanding and completed in a timely fashion. There is a Nissan dealership less than a mile from my house but I will continue to make the drive to Tynan's because of the incredible service and friendly staff. More

The service department at Tynan's is prompt and thorough. I bought my Sentra from Tynan's in 2013. I have always had it serviced there. The service department is always thorough and prompt. I trust their advi I bought my Sentra from Tynan's in 2013. I have always had it serviced there. The service department is always thorough and prompt. I trust their advice. The explain necessary repairs and advise the necessity for upcoming maintenance. I bring my wife's Honda there as well. They helped us discover that a required recall, which was supposed to be done by Honda, was not done correctly and verified this so that I could return to a Honda dealer with the information necessary to get the recall done correctly.
