Luke the manager and Adnan by far worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I brought my car in on 3/17/2020 and I left because I was having issues with car was jerking. I brought that da I have ever experienced in my life. I brought my car in on 3/17/2020 and I left because I was having issues with car was jerking. I brought that day left there all day and towards mid day I got call from Adnan and he said everything is fixed there is no jerking anymore so I ok great went and picked up my car. After I picked I still felt the car jerking so I decided to see for couple more days and car is still jerking so I called back and asked for Adnan and I told what happened and he said we didn’t find anything I can’t just creat something for and just bring back in. I tried express to him I really need this fixed it was diagnosed twice and both times it was transmission and he well of want bring than bring but we did our job and started being so disrespectful and not letting me talk and no simpathy what’s so ever. I have never in my life been treated like that. I wish you can pull recording and I told no need to argue let me speak to your manager and his manager got on the phone and basically told it was my problem and I disservice to myself by taking to get fixed before Nisan even I was instructed to do that but I didn’t get explain that part. He went off on me and my daily routine is not an issue excuse for me not to be able to keep bringing my car in. He was worst than his employee Adnan. It’s true when say your team is reflection of there leader. Them two are epic fail to your company. I have an appointment to bring my car back but I don’t feel safe doing so the way he sounded he might do something to my car so I will take to different Nissan dealer. Took my car in to get the Bluetooth repaired, they had it for 10 days and it’s not repaired. They replaced the audio until which was apparently also broken but doesn’t seem like they didn’t anything to the o for 10 days and it’s not repaired.
