My most recent experience was pretty frustrating. My repair took 3 times the amount of time I was told. When I called to find out the status the person who answered refused to tell me and said my servic repair took 3 times the amount of time I was told. When I called to find out the status the person who answered refused to tell me and said my service advisor was the only one who could tell me and then when I finally spoke to him he has a substantial attitude. My two experiences at this dealership for service make me feel like my car just goes into a black hole when it goes there. I won’t be back unless I have no other choice. I can have my vehicle serviced at a closer dealership and they were a lot nicer the last time I was there. More
