Firstly, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on front driver side, after ge drove it he said I also needed brakes. However, on my multipoint inspection it states both my brakes and tire is in good condition. SMH to the incompentcy. More
