I had been searching online for several months trying to find the Tahoe model I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. After finding the LTZ I was looking for on Autotrader I immediately starting emailing with Tania, she was a great help. I finally called the dealership and spoke with Luke, who again was fabulous. I made the 45 minute drive out to the dealership where I met Joe Pellegrini. He immediately made me feel comfortable about the whole process, answered all questions I had and showed me every option my new vehicle had. He helped me get the best price for my trade-in, thanks Joe! A couple of hours later I was sitting with the very personable Shaune Conway and all the paperwork was printed and signed. I drove to the dealership in my older model Avalanche and hours later drove off the lot with my new Tahoe. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you everyone!! More

So yesterday I officially bought my first brand new car from Colonial Chevrolet, a 2013 PINK Chevy Spark! My salesman was Luke Ealey and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. He was so kind and from Colonial Chevrolet, a 2013 PINK Chevy Spark! My salesman was Luke Ealey and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. He was so kind and he wasn't pushy, he made it so comfortable and easy to buy a new car. Right when I walked in the door every person was happy to help me with whatever I needed. It was such a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by very nice people. I never thought that at 20 years old I would be walking out of that dealership with a brand new car, my dream car at that! I am a college student so I couldn't afford a big monthly payment and I don't have complete credit but they still made it work. Luke Ealey, the sales managers, and the finance department all tried their hardest to make this possible and it couldn't have gone any better! I ABSOLUTLEY recommend this dealership, especially Luke. They work wonders and I would never ever go to any other car dealership to buy a car! I recommend everyone go to Colonial Chevrolet and ask for Luke Ealey! The entire experience was fantastic! I inquired with several dealerships on a Sunday night and Colonial was the only one to contact me right away-Monday morning. Nothing overbearing just a friendly hell several dealerships on a Sunday night and Colonial was the only one to contact me right away-Monday morning. Nothing overbearing just a friendly hello and an offer to answer any questions or schedule a test drive. I drove the hour to drive the vehicle that evening and ended up signing the paperwork that night. There was no pressure, The deal felt right so I did it!!! . It was a happy, friendly atmosphere. I'm thrilled with my 2013 Equinox, thrilled with the deal I got (they got me out of my lease early) and extremely thrilled with the customer service from Luke, Tania and Shaune. More
