He definitely was personable and knowledgeable about the 2017 Subaru Outback that I bought. Andy and the other staff were very friendly and professional, even when they certainly didn't have to be. After a long evening getting everything wrapped up, we were finally finished around 8:00pm on a Saturday night which all the pertinent team members stayed until we were out the door in our new car. With some Monday morning ends to tie, Mohammad was great with communicating with me early Monday morning and did a great job handling the situation at hand. It truly was a great experience and I look forward to continuously say great things about Ciocca Subaru location. A huge Thank you to everyone who I had the pleasure of working with! More

Kudos to Gregg Ciocca for running a fine dealership where employees are well versed in their duties, and are shown respect and in turn offer respect . It is rare to see a business owner interacting affably with his/her employees and customers. I hope this will always be the case. He listened to my needs and helped me find the car that was right for me, without trying to upsell me, Other staff at the dealership were very professional and customer-oriented, and several managers came out to introduce themselves. Luke Freitas guided me through all the paperwork, and explained everything clearly. I also worked with Alyssa Bragg, who was excellent in teaching me the intricacies of the car, helped me set up my phone and was patient in clarifying things for me. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and i will certainly recommend them to others and go back to them myself. More

He was very honest and helpful to us and he worked with the managers to make sure I got the best deal. I was helped by a finance employee named Luke who was OUTSTANDING as well, not only did he make the process so easy and fast but enjoyable at the same time as he kept my daughter and I laughing the whole time! I walked out the next day with a new car very happy to save on mileage with my lease. I definitely reccommend Fernando at Ciocca Subaru and we will be returning for our next vehicle! More

From the moment we walked in the door, everyone at the dealership helped us with the baby (opened doors, even offered to walk his stroller!, ect). If we didn't need help, they all came over just to visit. The rest of the car buying experience was quick and easy. There were multiple people there to assist so everything was done simultaneously so we did not have to waste any time waiting for the next step to be completed. We have purchased 5 Subaru's from this dealership and wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Thanks Ciocca Subaru!! More
