Jovan Davis was very professional and help me get the right car for me. I needed a car that day, due to the fact that I recked my car the day before, that would have cost more to fix it, and needed a car right car for me. The process of buying a car with Luke and the finance manager when we went was great! Everyone was friendly, cared about what we wanted and getting us what we needed. Buying a car has always been stressful with the haggling you can have to deal with but Luke did not try to push us but showed us exactly what we needed and worked to keep us at the price point we wanted. I would trust him with future purchases and would recommend him to anyone coming to get a car. More

I purchased a 2022 Chevy Equinox with Luke. Luke seems like a nice guy, but he definitely needs training in the area of customer service. I almost didn't buy the vehicle due to his lack of prof Luke seems like a nice guy, but he definitely needs training in the area of customer service. I almost didn't buy the vehicle due to his lack of professionalism. He seemed unmotivated to go over the aspects and features of the car unless asked directly. I was thankful to have a relative with me who knew how to ask the right questions. At one point, when asked a question for clarity about the car, he became defensive and said he didn't know what I was asking, and is everything was alright with me. Luke proceeded to leave his office, get the supervisor, Gregg, and the finance Guy, Pete, was called to come speak with me. I was so confused and felt humiliated. I ended up being thankful he called the finance guy because I was able to leave his office and purchase my vehicle. I also didn't like being asked multiple times what my occupation was and what department I work in. By the end of the process, I was annoyed and exhausted. This was supposed to be a great experience. I love the car, but I won't be purchasing through Regal again if I have to deal with this type of behavior. I feel as though the sales process was too aggressive. More

I had an idea of the vehicle I was looking for and I test drove 2 vehicles and took my time making my decision. Luke didn't rush me but gave me time. i decided on a honda odyssey! when it came time to sign the paperwork, it was not an all day process, took less than I expected about 30 minutes! it's been 2 weeks and I still love my van! i highly recommend Luke and will be referring all my family and friends! More
