You were under no obligation to purchase the vehicle or accept our trade offer. Regarding the $500 military rebate, once the issue was brought to Eddie Triplett’s attention, we apologized and made sure the $500 payment was expedited to you. We respect your service to our country and appreciate that you traveled a considerable distance to do business with us. While we regret that you feel differently about the negotiation process, we believe we honored the agreement and provided everything that was promised as part of your purchase.
