He flatly refused to do so, stating, “No, that’s the deal.” This abrupt refusal eliminated any opportunity for further fair or collaborative negotiations. I feel the transaction was handled poorly, with a lack of transparency and mutual professionalism. Furthermore, during the financing process, Chandler, did not process my $500 military rebate before the close of the sale. To resolve this error, the dealership promised to mail me a $500 compensation check. After a full month passed without receiving the funds, I escalated the matter directly to the General Manager, Eddie Triplett, who apologized and expedited the missing $500 check next day. More
