Took new car in to install a back ordered part for a hitch install on a new MDX. Car was promised to be complete in 3 hours. I waited and no status updates 3 hours later. I tracked down service adviser hitch install on a new MDX. Car was promised to be complete in 3 hours. I waited and no status updates 3 hours later. I tracked down service adviser and said there was a problem but car woul be ready in 45 minutes tops. Work was completed 2 hours 15 min later with again no status updates. If the I knew I would have to wait over 5 hours for this job I would have asked for a loaner for the day. Communication would have been key in making this experience more enjoyable!! More
