I had an excellent experience at BMW of Allentown, thanks to my service advisor, Luke. I came in for a routine oil change and to address an antenna issue my vehicle was experiencing. The oil change was completed quickly, while the antenna issue took a bit more time to properly diagnose and fix. Instead of having me wait around, Luke went above and beyond by providing a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my day and take care of prior commitments without interruption. From start to finish, Luke was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. He treated me like a valued client rather than just another transaction.
