Very friendly establishment. I was greeted right away when I entered the dealership at the service center. The gentleman explained what had to be done and if I had any questions. The inspection took four less time that I had anticipated. Documentation was that given to me as far as what was done. A video of the inspection was also provided to me through my iPhone. All in all a very good experience by professional people that care about making a good impression and working to do so. But most importantly, utilizing their skill and knowledge to make sure my car was at its peak performance. More

Working with Charlie at BMW Allentown was the best interaction I have had a car dealer in my lifetime. It was refreshing that they did everything agreed upon, let me know the status of the work order interaction I have had a car dealer in my lifetime.
