I had an excellent experience at BMW of Allentown, thanks to my service advisor, Luke. I came in for a routine oil change and to address an antenna issue my vehicle was experiencing. The oil change was compl to my service advisor, Luke. I came in for a routine oil change and to address an antenna issue my vehicle was experiencing. The oil change was completed quickly, while the antenna issue took a bit more time to properly diagnose and fix. Instead of having me wait around, Luke went above and beyond by providing a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my day and take care of prior commitments without interruption. From start to finish, Luke was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. He treated me like a valued client rather than just another transaction. Communication was clear throughout the process, and my vehicle was ready for pickup by the end of the day. This level of service truly stands out, and it made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Luke. More
