Very responsive! I had a good experience overall with the purchase of my vehicle. The salesman was very timely with returning my emails, which was really important in the purchase of my vehicle because they sell so quickly. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was there was a coolant leak that we found on the vehicle when we went to pick the vehicle up. The salesman was able to get a new clamp and remedy the situation, but it added a lot of time to the transaction. Also, we were at the dealer for 3.5 hours to do the transaction, which seemed long to me. More

The staff is amazing! This is my third car from Boucher I worked with Pat McIninery and Luke Whiting and they were both incredible. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and went above and I worked with Pat McIninery and Luke Whiting and they were both incredible. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Can’t say enough good things about them! The staff is all very helpful and kind. If you are looking for a car, stop in to Boucher. My whole family has bought cars from Pat and we are all very pleased :) More

Poor Salesmanship I live almost 6 hours away from Boucher Hyundai and did my dealings over the phone and through email with Luke and Henry. I made it clear to Henry that I was pressed for time since I have close to 12 hours of driving round trip, he assured me that all the paperwork would be done and ready to sign when I arrived, which it was not! I was there for 2 hours before I left. Henry kept telling me just a few minutes, just a few more minutes. Honesty goes along way with me! The two finance guys that helped me out were great guys and honest. I would never buy a vehicle from Henry again!!!!! More

Poor customer appreciation!! Had a horrible experience from start to finish. A few employees were excellent- namely, Dan Clikeman and Rafael, Immediatly, van hesitated and was ver Had a horrible experience from start to finish. A few employees were excellent- namely, Dan Clikeman and Rafael, Immediatly, van hesitated and was very quiet on startup. Having never owned a Chrysler, we assumed it was normal. Find it extremely difficult to believe an experienced service technician wouldn't have recognized the hesitation on start up. We then had extremely cold weather, so figured battery was an issue. Paid $200 for a new battery, problem then got worse until the van would no longer start. The dealer did tow it for us, however, that is the extent of their help. It needed a new starter. I believe Nick Stovall tried to help us, but felt like his hands were tied. Seeing as this was a problem immediately after picking up the vehicle, and going to a reputable dealer for this vehicle purchase, we mistakenly assumed they would do the right thing and pay for the repair. We missed 4 days of work and could barely get a return call and no - we were not offered a "loaner" vehicle. We opted to bring in our own part (it was $100 cheaper than they offered).Nick told us it would be $220 for the part and $80 for 4 hours of labor. He said and I quote "you're getting labor for $20/hr which is insanely cheap for a dealership." As I said, we brought in our own part to save money, and dropped it off by 11am. Didn't hear anything, so we then stopped in at 2:45 and they hadn't even looked at our van yet, we then received a call at 3:53 that they were finished with the van (meaning 1 hour of labor). Thought perhaps, they would finally do right by the customer, but were proved wrong again! Charged full 4 hours of labor +$80). Not to mention, we only owned the van for 2 & 1/2 weeks total and the problem was there from the start! So incredibly disappointed as we thought a reputable dealer would provide better quality and better customer service! Never felt so unappreciated as a customer ever! More

A miraculous deal I had been to several dealerships and car lots. And this I felt was my last result. As I was getting out of the car Brad was finishing up with someone I had been to several dealerships and car lots. And this I felt was my last result. As I was getting out of the car Brad was finishing up with someone and walking back to the office. He asked me if he can help me and I said yes and I told him I needed a miracle and he said he would do the best he could. He was kind understanding, And willing to work with me. He wanted to help me get a vehicle, not just make a sell. Brad worked a miracle that day. I recommend him as a auto salesman to anyone. More
