Went in for my regular oil change at about 0830 on Friday 11/01/2019, was told there was a 90 min wait (those always stink, lol) but it needed to get done so this gave me plenty of time to charge my phone, c 11/01/2019, was told there was a 90 min wait (those always stink, lol) but it needed to get done so this gave me plenty of time to charge my phone, check emails, eat breakfast, etc. 1000 came around, they came outside to get my keys and pull my truck up to start working on it...talk about a spot on wait time right! 🙂 Everything was taken care of fairly fast and professionally as always which is why I'll pay the extra money to have all of my services performed at Randall Reed Planet Ford in Humble! 👌 All the guys there were super helpful & friendly but big shout out to Mrs. Lyndi and Mrs. Rosie for going above and beyond, making my time there that day totally worth it! 🎉😁👍 More
