first time buyers and we were very nervous. Great Experience My husband and I went in with a print out of the truck we wanted, we had found it on line at plant fords website. They still had it, and we test drove My husband and I went in with a print out of the truck we wanted, we had found it on line at plant fords website. They still had it, and we test drove it and feel in love with it!! Our sales person was Kevin, he was very new to plant ford but if he didn't mention it, we would have never guessed. He was knowledgeable, kind, an over all pleasure to do business with. We did see a scratch on one of the doors and one of the back up sensors were really loose Kevin had Lyndi come by and talk to us. She scheduled us an appointment, got us a rental, they fixed everything and detailed the inside and outside, plus we left with a full tank of gas! For first time buyers, this was an unbelievably easy and great experience. Each person we came in to contact with, were each a pleasure. More

Great Dealer with extremely professional staff. Have purchased several hard to find high end vehicles, to include a Bullitt and a Raptor, through this dealer over the years and have been extremely satis purchased several hard to find high end vehicles, to include a Bullitt and a Raptor, through this dealer over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the actual purchase as well as the vehicles. Many thanks to Richard Fuller of the Planet Ford Fleet department who has handled all the orders and sales. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Richard had everything done and ready to go. No waiting and no surprises ! Not to mention, he went way out of his way to pick me up at the airport and had the vehicle ready to go. Thanks Richard for going “the extra mile” ! Also the delivery experience was exceptional due to Lyndi of the Vehicle Tech Director/Customer Service department. She made sure that I was “up to speed” with the Raptor’s technology and use of same, at delivery. Also Kevin McKinnon took care of my accessory installs, prior to my arrival. That included spray in bed liner, console vault, heavy duty retractable side steps and a retractable truck bed cover Thanks again to the Randell Reed Planet Ford team ‼️ More
