I, Steve Vos finally found vehicle available I was looking for thru my home time Toyota dealer. A new RAV4 hybrid XSE from Sierra Toyota. I didnt know a deposit would guarantee Me getting the vehicl looking for thru my home time Toyota dealer. A new RAV4 hybrid XSE from Sierra Toyota. I didnt know a deposit would guarantee Me getting the vehicle inbound from I don’t know where. Someone else got the vehicle who did put a deposit down But Product Specialist Lynn Burns at Sierra Toyota ordered a vehicle for me to be assembled in Georgetown KY first week in September. This time I put deposit down. Lo and behold. The assembly plant shut down due to chip and semi conductor shortage. No idea how long before plant would reopen. I started looking for alternative vehicle but was not enthralled with this. As I really wanted the RAV4 Hybrid XSE LYNN. God bless him. Encouraged his boss to scour planet earth for the exact vehicle I desired. Within weeks. He found one on a Ship coming from Japan. Hallelujah It did take weeks to get vehicle off ship at Long Beach, CA. But it eventually did and I took possession of vehicle on. 17 September 2021 I can’t be more pleased with Lynn Burns and Sierra Toyota of Sierra Vista AZ Totally low key. No high pressure sales tactics like days of old. I was even introduced to Humberto. My maintenance tech supervisor who told me in’s and outs of Toyota Care I now know why the word salesman has been replaced with “Product Specialist” This vehicle I purchased will take me a year to learn most of its high tech devices Anyway. Lynn was also a great help and really knew the ins and outs of the Tundra TRD PRO. He showed me quite a few features of the truck as Eric was busy with another customer. Brian was very knowledgeable with the finances and paperwork. Sometimes this part of buying a new vehicle is panful but this instance, it was not the case. Overall excellent dealership, small but very efficient. More
