My wife and I have dealt with David Palmer and Lynn Lloyd on three separate new vehicle purchases. This time we were looking for a pre-owned car for our son's first car. Dealing with David is as simple as a phone call. You get a price, you drive the car and there's no hassle, no stress. The same can be said with Lynn handling all the paperwork. To beat it all Champion always has the best prices. If you are in N.E. Tennessee, S.W. Virginia, or N.W. North Carolina (or anywhere else for that matter) I know of no other dealer of any brand that can hold a candle to Champion's customer service and buying experience. Top notch people and dealership! They have a recipe that keeps customers like me coming back. More

The associates at Champion all work together to give a good experience to the buyer. This extends from the salesman, the financial wizard and all the people working there. They made me feel at ease - even the ones not selling the vehicle to me. Very nice in all aspects. Keith showed me all about the bells and whistles on my truck and how to use them. Told me if I had any questions not to hesitate to contact HIM. He gave me a follow up call the next week to see if everything was OK and if I needed any help with anything. They even gave me 2 hats...WHOOP!! Thanks to all the folks at Champion for a pleasant sales experience (if there is such a thing) this is the place to go. Haven't had any experience on the service side as of yet - but plan to when the time comes. More

They are honest and usually get me on my way in less time than I was expecting. Tim Copenhaver is a genuinely nice guy who will help you in any way he can. When it was time to purchase a new car I never considered looking elsewhere. Tim answered all my questions and guided me through the purchasing process. Then Lynn Loyd of the finance department made all the paperwork absolutely painless. I can't say enough positive things about this group of folks. Each and every department from sales , service, cashiers , etc.. they are all great to deal with. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere- GO TO CHAMPION ! More

I have never had a car buying experience that can top any of the three transactions I’ve done with David Palmer and Lynn Lloyd over the past few years. There’s no pressure, everything is open, and there are no surprises in the buying experience, and with Lynn, the finance office could not be any more straightforward. Sometimes when you read reviews on sites like Dealerrater, you wonder if all the accolades can be true. I can say all three times that I’ve dealt with Champion, I have left completely satisfied with my experience, and in my opinion, Champion, David & Lynn are absolutely as good as everyone describes them on this site. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I’d encourage you to contact David Palmer; once you deal with these guys you’ll more than likely find yourself returning when the time comes. When people treat you right, you come back. If and when the time comes I or my family are in the market for another GM vehicle, our search will start, and more than likely end, with David Palmer at Champion Chevrolet. More

My salesperson was David Palmer and was tremendous in helping answer any questions we had and was very intelligent with the new technologies available for the '14 Silverado. David never pressured us into looking into anything else and had the truck ready to go for us upon arrival at the dealership. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Chevrolet. We also worked with Lynn Lloyd in the finance department and he was also tremendously informative on all of our paperwork. Going to a dealership isn't a pleasurable experience sometimes, but this was by far the best I have ever had in dealing with any brand of dealerships. More
