Mr Copenhaver and his team are the friendlist crew, most helpful, and customer orientated group I have encountered out of the 10 dealerships I have visited over the last 25 years. Keep up the good work. I recommend to anyone shopping to call or visit these guys and give them just 10 minutes of your time and you will notice that soon they are a grade above the others. Champion is a very appropriate name for this establishment , because they serve as the axiom for what a buying experience should be like. I have sold cars in the past at an area dealership, and I will tell you that these are the finest professionals in this line of work! When you pull up on this lot, they don't jump at you like tigers on a gazelle. These are everyday, salt of the earth men with values and an impressive work ethic. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Tim, the owner, operator and employee for his staff. Many dealers put themselves on a pedestal, and hover down on others. Not the case with Mr. Tim. He is a real people's person,and like I say, salt of the earth. Bob Bays was my salesman. Bob is very warm and technically sound about his products! I didn't haggle one bit. If you are in the market and prepared to make a buying decision on a vehicle, you would waste your time shopping around, because he will put you on the money! Lynn Lloyd is a fine man, and I would have to say the best finance man in the business. He will show you his products, and educate you throughout the transaction. Dealing with these guys has been a truly seamless experience, and I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Make sure and check them out before buying anywhere else. They are Champion for a reason! More

I called about a truck that I saw on the internet and spoke to Dave Palmer He made shure it was still available and asked when I would like test drive it. I told David it would be the next day before noon, but I was not able to be there until later that afternoon. I called and told Dave about my delay he was very pleasant and said that would be fine. My wife and I were greated with a smile and we drove the truck. After further inspection of the vehicle we sat down with Dave to see if we could work out a purchase. A short time later we were on our way home with the truck that we wanted. The next day I had a question about the taxes on the invoice so I called Lynn and he very pleasantly explained the taxes to me. My experience at Champion was a very pleasant one.
