I drove 3 and 1/2 hours from NC to TN to buy from Champion Chevrolet. My wife called to ask about a new Silverado and was lucky enough to have Lloyd Fleenor answer the call. What a top notch salesm Champion Chevrolet. My wife called to ask about a new Silverado and was lucky enough to have Lloyd Fleenor answer the call. What a top notch salesman he turned out to be. Lloyd was very informative and so fast to respond to all of our questions and needs. He could have just figured a phone call from someone so far away was a waste of his time and blew us off but it was the exact opposite. After a couple of conversations, we didn't care at all about the distance to the dealership. We WANTED to buy from Lloyd and Champion. When we arrived, we were on a tight schedule to get back home. The truck was sitting out front all ready for us to take home. We took it for a test drive, came back and were ready to sign the paperwork. Before we went to finance, we met one of the owners, Andy Dietrich, who was very nice and thanked us for our business. Then, we met Lynn Lloyd in Finance who finished up our paperwork. Lynn is a very friendly and professional guy who made what is usually one of the most painful parts of the car buying experience a piece of cake. I had an opportunity to meet one of the parts managers for a set of tie-downs that I wanted and then onto the cashier to pay. Everyone at this dealership is so nice. I have purchased at least 8 brand new vehicles over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Next time I am in the market, there is no question I will make the drive again to Champion Chevrolet. Thanks guys. More

I dealt with David Palmer on line for about one week before we were able to narrow down my selection to one vehicle - a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. He answered all my questions on line as soon as possible a before we were able to narrow down my selection to one vehicle - a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. He answered all my questions on line as soon as possible and once I selected the vehicle, he quoted me a fair price. When I decided to trade in my Monte Carlo rather than keep it he didn't fudge any numbers and gave me the price he had quoted plus a fair trade in price on the Monte Carlo. Lynn Lloyd was also a pleasure to deal with as he handled all of the business and financial paperwork in a very professional, efficient and timely manner with absolutely no pressure to purchase any products the dealership offers. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours which included a test drive, evaluation of the Monte Carlo, and all paperwork completed. It was a pleasure to deal with this dealership. I should also point out that the very next day there was a thermostat problem with the Impala which did not affect it's driveability. I stopped by their excellent service department and they took care of it immediately by replacing the thermostat at no cost and I was on my way within an hour. More

This dealership is top notch, dedicated to its customers! I initially met with a salesman(did not get his name) who immediately helped me by directing my questions to a superb individual by the name of Brya I initially met with a salesman(did not get his name) who immediately helped me by directing my questions to a superb individual by the name of Bryan Wilder. I have never felt so at ease while speaking with Mr. Wilder. I had arrived late in the day to test drive a vehicle, which Mr. Wilder had brought the keys upon being notified of me looking at the vehicle. After the drive, I was awed at the dedication and caring Mr. Wilder had for his customers by allowing me to schedule a whole day with him on the vehicle the day following. The reason was so he could put in the same time and caring for one of his customers he was currently working with to finalize their joy of buying a new vehicle. Know this, he did not push me away. Me(Operation Enduring Freedom Vet), and my father(Vietnam Vet) had the pleasure of chatting with Mr. Wilder while his other customer was up in finance. I know Mr. Wilder could have been finishing paperwork or finishing something else he needed to do, but he took the time to talk with us and make us feel more than welcome. I have not felt a more sincere "Thank you for your service." from someone who did not know me. The next day, Mr. Wilder did just as he said, he dedicated the day to me and my purchase. He worked tirelessly and got me the vehicle and the price I wanted. Mr. Wilder went out of his way to please this customer. I am a happy new Chevrolet Silverado owner! This was the first new car purchase for me, and if it hadn't have been for Mr. Wilder I would have settled for a used vehicle I was not happy with. Later, in financing, I met a gem of a finance guy named Lynn Lloyd, and like Mr. Wilder he made me feel like family. Was not just numbers like some I have met in other dealerships. We spoke and he did not push anything on my I did not want, gave me my options and let me decide(I love that). These two gentlemen should be commended on their level of dedication to serving the customer. I left the dealership not second guessing anything, knew everything I needed to know about my vehicle, and was extremely happy. Will buy from here, and refer friends and family to buy from here as well. More

Tim Copenhaver the owner of Champion Chevrolet is really interested in making his customers happy! He personally returned my wife's call when we had a question about the used 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 we ha interested in making his customers happy! He personally returned my wife's call when we had a question about the used 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 we had purchased and made an appointment with the Service Department to have the vehicle checked to make sure there was not a problem with the truck. When I brought the truck in for the service I was met outside the service department, called by name and was assured my concerns were important to them and they wanted us to be happy and completely satisfied with our purchase. Honestly, Tim went that extra mile and that is why my wife and I would highly recommend Champion Chevrolet to all of our family and friends. It is wonderful to find that you are a valued customer, even after the sale and in today's society it is highly unusual for a owner of a large company to personally take an active interest in his customers. Contacted 7 other dealerships in NC. and Tenn. these past two weeks prior to contacting Champion Chevrolet which was my last stop. I felt like I wasted much time and energy TRYING to purchase a new auto from two weeks prior to contacting Champion Chevrolet which was my last stop. I felt like I wasted much time and energy TRYING to purchase a new auto from the previous 7. They did not listen to anything I told them. They tried to make me feel as though they were doing me a favor and were going out of there way to answer my questions and sell me a new car at a price nobody can beat ! They were going to sell me (a savvy researcher & buyer) what I needed not what I wanted. (IDIOTS !). I first contacted David Palmer @ Champion (via email) with the same questions and (serious quotes only) that I had asked for from the other dealers. He answered every question with serious quotes, and included more information that I had forgot to ask about. All with in 30 minutes, and NO sales game playing. David had located (out of state) the new auto we wanted. Had it at Champion in 2 days. The third day we purchased and drove it home. WOW ! That is service. Working with David Palmer in sales, was extremely pleasant and rewarding. Lynn Lloyd had all of the paperwork very organized, with no hidden charges and fees. Every number was just as we had negotiated with David the day prior. Very professional and pleasant. Again not your typical dealer games. Oh buy the way, the others dealers are still contacting me and trying to sell me a car and color that I did not even ask about on day one. "you snooze you loose" I highly recommend checking out these guys !!! More

I had been looking at cars here in North Carolina and hadn't found the one I wanted. I visited the Champion website and found just what I had been looking for. I sent an e-mail checking the price and Dav hadn't found the one I wanted. I visited the Champion website and found just what I had been looking for. I sent an e-mail checking the price and David Palmer sent a quick response back to me. David did a wonderful job working with me to get the car I had been wanting at a great price and 0% financing. I drove over on a Saturday morning to get the car. He had it cleaned and filled with gas waiting for me. I love the car. Great dealership and people to work with. When I go shopping for another car it will be the first place I go. Thanks again for all your help! More

The car we had was hit by a "hit and run" driver and our personal insurance took care of the accident. Our car had too many miles on it and so the insurance company totaled it. We rented a Chevy Impala while our car issue was being resolved. I went on line to check what the cost of an Impala might be. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase a new car. I told Mr. Palmer my situation and told him how much of a payment I could afford. Time was running out on the rental car so we decided to come by Champion to see what might be available in a pre-owned car. It was actually late in the afternoon but we were able to find a car and Mr. Palmer and Mr. Loyd was able to work out an arrangement for us and we were able to drive the car home that evening. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We had a very pleasant experience. More

Andy Dietrich and Lloyd Fleenor were great in helping us resolve an issue with our 2008 Silverado. Andy worked closely with GM Customer Service in supporting our case. Mark Leonard, Service Manager, personally got involved to help us. We have now bought two Silverado's from Champion and highly recommend the dealership for their professionalism and focus upon the customer satisfaction. More

We have dealt with Brian for several years from when he was working in Morristown and followed him to Champion. He is very knowledgeable and we look forward to continue or business with him.
