This experience/purchase went quite a bit better than our last visit in January, 2019, when we attempted to purchase a vehicle but ended up leaving and purchased a Hyundai Elantra at another location (not a Hyundai dealer). The salesman was not the problem (he was also a pleasure to work with); it was the "manager" that came out to negotiate the price. He was very dishonest. I did not think we would ever buy another Hyundai (or at least visit a Hyundai dealership again) because of that experience. I did not want to even stop in, buy my husband encouraged me to go in to take a look. Zack, ultimately, saved us as customers. :) I also have to say the financing went very smoothly - everything was ready when we arrived to pick up the car. All I had to do was write check for the down-payment and sign. More
