It's ok dealership but the salesman didn't really do things I felt he should have done and I felt like I was aggravating or annoying him because I was asking questions I felt I should be asking. The lot and the cars on it were all clean and well displayed. Staff were very professional and polite. The building interior and furniture was outdated and run down. The fabric on the chairs in the " displayed. Staff were very professional and polite. The building interior and furniture was outdated and run down. The fabric on the chairs in the "lobby" is ripped and falling off due to age and wear. Most every chair in there was cracked or some sign of age and wear. Otherwise a good experience. MC was very polite and helpful while we waited for Caleb to finish a prior deal. The car was not cleaned very well after we bought it. Lots of dirt and grime on the lower body panels that came off when some effort was applied. More

I was in for service twice for automatic window problem. I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I was looking at new vehicles. No salesperson made an effort to approach me to ask if I had any questions. Numerous salespeople walked passed me but none of them acknowledged my existence. For future service and purchases I plan to go to another dealership. More
