This was the 3rd Honda we leased from this dealer. I must say that even though the pre-leased and waited for the delivery for a few months was a bit crazy, which is not the dealer's fault, we were ve I must say that even though the pre-leased and waited for the delivery for a few months was a bit crazy, which is not the dealer's fault, we were very happy about their service. Every time it was the non-sales people made us to decide to come back to this dealer. Whenever you have an appointment, somebody immediately acknowledged your presence. This was the 2nd Honda lease through the same sales person. He got better and better and what we love about MJ, he does not pressure. Amith, as the delivery specialist, was the best. I don't think we had ever had a person so knowledgeable and patient to explain how to use all the functions in the car. We learned that he is just a high schooler working part-time here. Way to go, Amith! About an hour after we picked up the car, we realized that we forgot to take our garage opener from the old car. So, we got to go back to the dealership to ask for somebody's help. Randy got right on top of it and got our garage opener immediately. Once again, he was one of the non-sale personnel in the dealership who greeted us earlier and congratulated our new car. At the time, he was not a person serving us. Of course, when I went back asking for the garage opener, he immediately told me, "Yes, I remember you." This is one of the things we always appreciate when we step into this place. Doesn't matter if that person serves you that day or not, he/she walks by a customer, he/she greets you.
