I came in this summer to have a leak in my sun roof “fixed.” A few months later, my floor boards were soaking wet and mold was growing. After taking it back in, the leak was fixed again. I was told a detail would get the water and mold out but that they could do nothing for it; no compensation was offered. A few weeks later, there is new mold growth and wet floor boards again. I’m disappointed by the lack of help with getting mold out of my floor boards and now have to pay for an expensive detail job after paying quite a bit this summer for the leak fix. More

Completely incompetent. Communication is practically nonexistent, and the workmanship is poor. Prices are well above market rate and inflexible. Even when work is completely in a timely manner, it is rarely adequate to resolve the issues reported. They are understaffed and poorly equipped, and their word cannot be trusted. Customer service is non existent, I have to hound the dealer for basic updates and I am never contacted on an agreed upon timescale. Loaner cars are constantly booked, and even when one is promised, they are still unavailable. Repairs take longer than initially stated, if you don't demand your vehicle back, you are often stuck without one for weeks at a time. This most recent repair was quoted as about 3 days, after a week I finally received my vehicle back only after I demanded it. Even shuttle services were difficult to procure, as they had no one to pick me up. My repairs are still not completed, and I'll have to take it back again next week, with no guarantee of a loaner vehicle, even after years of patronage. More

First they ordered the wrong axle part for our 2022 Cross Sport, also told me that the front drivers tire had a unfixable nail in the sidewall. I ordered a new tire from a different company here locally. Went to get the tired fixed locally, they showed me the small nail on top of the tire, it wasn’t on the sidewall. They informed me that the tire was fine. They were nice enough to tell me that I didn’t need the new tire, otherwise it would have cost me $350. Finally Crain VW called me back and had the right part in. After 4hrs total driving back and forth, we had the new axle in. More
