Went in on a recommendation from a family member to see the options and found a car I loved gently used, low miles, and a great price. After test driving I knew it was the one. When it came to the financials everyone was friendly and helped calm my nerves during my first big purchase. You could tell they wanted me to be able to get the car I wanted and were able to work with me when it came to a loan payment amount that would be right for me. The whole process was quick and painless and after just a couple hours of being there I drove away ecstatic in my new car feeling confident I made the best choice. Mackenzie, Sonny, and Majdi were all terrific and I highly recommend using Lenoir City Ford for your car buying needs. I will be back in the future for mine. More

Purchase F 150 I had to place a "Build to suit" order to get the color and options I wanted. The dealership told me it should take six to eight weeks for the build. I had to place a "Build to suit" order to get the color and options I wanted. The dealership told me it should take six to eight weeks for the build. It took twelve. Possible reason is the order was placed two weeks before Christmas. I was told Ford shuts down for a portion of the holidays to retool. Mackenzie did an outstanding job of working with me to fulfill the order and make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicle upon delivery. Friendly helpful folks at LC Ford. More
