This car buying process was going to be different for me due to no trade in, etc. Lisa Myers asked about my son and my health and safety first. Though, she wasn't my main salesperson on my scheduled visit, she remembered details of our phone call 2 days before and asked about them when I was there. Her partner, Mackenzie, spent time working with me on what I was looking for, the test drive, answering questions (even basic ones), and giving thorough detail of my new car. He included my son in input as well when I requested to drive by to let him look at it. I was kept informed and asked about any needs throughout my visit by all staff. Majdi allowed me to quiz him about warranties and was honest about what to expect/not expect from the additional coverage options. Everyone who engaged with me was pleasant and warm and I was very pleased and excited when I left. It was nice to trust them to complete the rental process with Enterprise and take steps to prep my new vehicle for me before I left. Lisa and Mackenzie helped set up technology and made sure I felt I understood everything before I left. It was a nice day! More

We visited the dealership, loved the car, and with Mackenzie's assistance, decided to purchase. When it came to the financials everyone was friendly and helped calm my nerves during my first big purchase. You could tell they wanted me to be able to get the car I wanted and were able to work with me when it came to a loan payment amount that would be right for me.
