The General Sales Manager, Charlie, is also a combat veteran and true American hero. He served as a Navy Seal in the Vietnam War, and was a POW. If Charlie ran for President I would vote for him! The Finance Mgr, Daniel, is nothing short of a genius with a sky high IQ in Automotive Warranty options! I am grateful for Ford offering 0% financing for the truck I bought. And the peace of mind that comes with an extended warranty is worth the cost to me, especially since I have been driving over 50 years. I cannot say enough positive things about Pete Clay, Charlie A-M, and Daniel. They treated me like family from my first phone call with Pete.
