As an out of state buyer, I was contacted by Mr Clay the day before my trip to TN. He applied NO pressure at all; he was genuinely interested in my priorities, he listened well, remembered my goal/priority, and honored it the next day. Because I served many years in the US military, I was fortunate to connect with Mr Clay since one of his sons is also a combat veteran. The General Sales Manager, Charlie, is also a combat veteran and true American hero. He served as a Navy Seal in the Vietnam War, and was a POW. If Charlie ran for President I would vote for him! The Finance Mgr, Daniel, is nothing short of a genius with a sky high IQ in Automotive Warranty options! I am grateful for Ford offering 0% financing for the truck I bought. And the peace of mind that comes with an extended warranty is worth the cost to me, especially since I have been driving over 50 years.
