I was very nervous, but in a few days I became ok once the financing was completed. There were a few draw backs but not to Mulligan’s fault. I’m unsure of what happened but my husband and I were under the impression that we’d purchased an extended warranty and GAP...well @ service today they told me I only had GAP. That made me a tad upset, but not much I can do now. Overall I would recommend this dealership 100%, but just make sure you are reading all details as you would anywhere. Pete P. In finance also made sure that we had the sea done. He dealt with my anxiety over the purchase, very well. '12 Kia Sorento purchase with Mackenzie Mulligan I searched high and low for a new (to me) vehicle. I couldn't find one that met all of my criteria. I live in Jacksonville FL and all of the vehicles I searched high and low for a new (to me) vehicle. I couldn't find one that met all of my criteria. I live in Jacksonville FL and all of the vehicles in my immediate area were overpriced for the year and mileage on the vehicle. I happened to run across this vehicle while searching on Facebook and then viewed the website for others. I fell in love before seeing it in person. I made the appointment and drove (with my granddaughter of 6+ months in age) the 2.5 hours each way to take it out for a test drive. Everyone was courteous, friendly and always had a smile on their face. (Even when they weren't speaking to a client.) Mackenzie was my Sales Rep and he was AMAZING. Super nice and didn't waste my time and didn't make me feel as if my budgeted amount was too low. He made sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked in till the moment I left and called to check on me the following day. To say he went above and beyond my expectations would be a huge understatement. He gives hugs too! When I got my keys and loaded my grandbaby (with his help) he hugged me and wished me well and thanked me. A personal touch that goes a long way. Tim in Finance was also very nice and explained everything to ensure I understood what I was signing. (I won't hold it against him for being a gators fan - GO NOLES!). When I am in the market for another vehicle, Jenkins Kia of Ocala is where I will look first! I did drive a total of 5 hours for the car and it was worth it and I would do it all over again :) More
