Maddie was great! However, the guy I talked to by phone earlier that morning gave me WRONG information. He told me it would cost $95 to replace a lost Fob... the tota However, the guy I talked to by phone earlier that morning gave me WRONG information. He told me it would cost $95 to replace a lost Fob... the total bill was over $400. And he directed me to just "come in and service will take care of it". I arrived shortly thereafter and was surprised that they needed to check if the Fob was in stock (!) and then needed to wait 90 minutes to get it taken care of. Very inconvenient misinformation! More

I always receive excellent assistance from Maddie Wojciechowski. Russ Darrow Honda at Metro Auto Mall has repeatedly provided great service for my Honda CR-V. Maddie did an excellent job of understanding my problem with my car having trouble starting. She was able to get my car in and looked at 2 hours before closing time as I didn’t have an appointment.
