Russ Darrow personnel are always very kind and crystal clear on what services you are getting and how long it will take. Maddie did a great job answering my questions. She also went above and beyond the call - I showed her a little plastic piece that popped out inside the car on the front passenger side under the dashboard. I couldn't figure out where it came from. She found where it fell off and snapped it back into place. I really appreciated that. More
